hello Gigi welcome . i have a question. how do i get my face to look more feminine. i shave real good , know how to apply eye shadow and mascara, but cover up and foundation NO. i am a light color skin more white then ever i don't sun burn any more. also how can i apply a 2 tone eye shadow, light color on top of lid and darker color at bottom? is that right? i know it would have to match the skirt or dress i would be wearing. thanks
