My name is Marg and I have been dressing since I was 11 or 12. Like most it started out as a being curious and went from there. The first time I put on a pair of satin panties that I took from my friends mom, I was hooked.
I had to stop while I was in the military but the urges stayed. I got married for the first time and started dressing behind her back until she found my stuff and confronted me about it and after talking for a while, she seemed ok with it. One night she had me dress in front of her and a month later, she left me.
Fast forward a couple of years and I started dating this wonderful woman who understood what I was feeling and was ok with everything. I dressed right up to our wedding day and then stopped again. That was 20 years ago and just a couple of days ago I asked my wife how she would feel if I started dressing again and she was fine with things. She even offered to help me buy new clothes. Yesterday was the start of a new chapter in my life and I hope it last a very long time.
I am your typical male who dresses just for fun and to maybe get to know the feminine side of the life. I mainly wear lingerie and the typical bras/panties. I will not go out in public but might have a pair of panties and pantyhose on underneath. I don't have a problem walking into Wal Mart and buying things but since I am a big girl, I have to look in the plus section. I have bought most of my new stuff online and can't wait until most of it gets here next week. The Wal-Mart stuff is nice but I can't wait to get my actual size.

I agree, it's nice to know I'm not alone. This site has helped me to lean in to this side of me so that I can feel the simple joy of being whole and balanced just the way I was made.
Talking to a girl in transition at the Crossport support group, she said that 0.3% to 0.7% of people are crossdressers. I was surprised that it was such a small number, because the way it feels for me I assumed that Most men want to crossdress, but they just don't. Being with you all and my support group, I am able to own this and feel good about it. And girl, do I feel good (dressed right now)!
