Good morning everyone. My name is Emily Ashe I am new here still trying to figure everything out just figured out how to post this actually lol. I am here to learn and maybe boost my confidence to where I could dress more often I rarely do it as I am married and have kids. What I would of done to have amazon and the internet when I was 18-24 I'd be a lot farther along probably. I found the topic of measuring ones self very informative as that is where I have struggled in the past.
@emilyashe Hi Emily and welcome! I've been here about six months and absolutely love it. You'll find the girls here are so warm, welcoming and helpful. There's just been a big upgrade to the forums section which we're all coming to terms with but I shall persist as the feeling of inclusion here is so important to me.

@chrisfp99 I wasn't a fan of the forums upgrade at the time ... wow, was that only a week ago? ... but I've been using the site a lot since and I've started to get used to it. Sort of. I've also been impressed by how quickly Vanessa and her team have reacted to people's comments and tweaked things here and there to try and address any concerns we had.
This is a wonderful community; it would take something considerably more seismic than a forum design to make me leave it 🙂
Anyway, Chrissie, we wouldn't have LET you go.

That was me at the beginning of July, wondering whether signing up to this site would turn out be a really bad idea. For the first time in my life, other people would know that I cross dressed. They'd know that I'm trans.
Oh ... the horror!
I needn't have been concerned. From the very first moment I found everyone here incredibly welcoming and supportive. I've learnt a lot, I've loved being able to talk about who I am with people that will understand, and I've made some very good friends.
I know that you'll have the same experience.

Hi Emily and welcome, I would like to reiterate what Ellie said. It’s very scary to reveal yourself as a crossdresser and as in my case trans as well. I was terrified at first. I had kept it all to myself for 50 years. What relief it was to finally tell someone.
I have been here 10 months and I have made some wonderful friends who have supported and encouraged me when I have been down. So give us a chance and I think you will find we are a pretty great group of girls.

I'm a mature crossdresser I've been dressing most of my life since i was about 8 or 9 years old when i tried my older sister's lingerie on, I'm still in the closet to my family, I have a lot of trouble with my makeup,
I'm sorry i can't meet up with you for a coffee I'm on the other side of the pond in the UK, I'm sure there are lots of girls near to where you live who will be happy to meet up with you for a coffee and a chat I'm sure you will find lots of friends on here so if you have any questions just ask and the girls will get back to you X
