I, too, am also from Pennsylvania, near York. I'm just a bit older than you (in my mid 80's) and I have been living full time dressed as Michelle for over 8 months now. Those first steps out the door dressed definitely were an experience, strange, but very nice. Each time following the first trip out the door has helped overcome the fear of being 'outed' and now I'm not concerned what people think of me. Everybody, with a few exceptions, have welcomed and accepted me without reservation, including some family & close friends, medical personal, staff, and facilities, lawyers, my female ministers, etc.,and many others that I have come in contact with. Shopping for feminine items are not a problem. I may, at times, get a strange glance from others, but who cares? I don't! I am what I am, take me as I am or forget it, I'm not going to lose any sleep over it either way.

I definitely would like to get together with others nearby if, and when, it would be possible. Hopefully, some of us that are reasonally close together can get a conversation going and possibly meet sometime in the future.

I grew up in Bucks County and lived there until about a year ago!

Hi Trace nice to meet you and so happy you found and joined us girls here so get settled in relax and enjoy your self here..  Now Trace as a new sister and family member you are welcomed with open arms into our home as well as yours now also..  Well girl there is a wealth of knowledge here to access and learn from so look around and ask many questions of these wonderful ladies here telling there stories about there journeys down the femme road they are on.. When you get comfortable with us please join in with a story or two about the life and times of Trace as she travels down her own girly path in life.. Now as for making friends here there are so many ladies from all over the world to build long lasting friendships with and best of all we are just a simple click away from you..  Once again girlfriend nice to meet you and hope to see you around for a chat sometime soon..
