Yes We figure we have got it under control. But those desires seem to get stronger when we try and stop. I find I have peaks and valleys in this journey so I try not to purge Because it seems to come back stronger the next time. so I am ready when the light comes on. for me it has been about three months since my last full dressing due to not having the Opportunity so I am chomping at the bit sort of speak. Hope your restocking is as less expensive as possible.
