My inner girl has been trying to work her way out for many years in small ways, but now at age 46 Effie is really starting to gain some confidence. Not so much as to go out in public yet but gaining a little encouragement non the less. I don’t have a face pic as my avatar yet because I still have some work to do on my face. Hi Effie, welcome to the CDH family. You'll be amazed at what a little make-up can do. I have a big jaw and large crinkled forehead, fortunately Im not the hairiest. A little foundation, bronzer and blush covers most of my cooks skin. Combined with a wig that hugs my face I pass quite well.

I hear you, I too wished I had my youthful appearance especially our faces back when as it would be so much fun to pass with little effort but now opps!! Let’s just say we need to work on sanding down the rust and let the shine show. A major work in progress and likely never to what we would want but I feel let’s do our best and make us feel great inside. This Will help to what we see in a mirror . With proper help it’s amazing how things can really turn out so don’t fret. It’s so much fun to see what we can do. Girls here are wonderful and very helpful so relax and start experiencing the true feelings that are now here. Friendships are so exciting to make and has help me accept who I am. Very nice meeting you and love to talk and share about our experiences . Hugs!!

It was 58 before I realized what I've been missing all my life. I'm sure like myself it was way too long a wait. Life's too short not to truly enjoy life as it was ment. 🌷
Yes I agree... I should have let Effie out completely in my 20’s but I can’t look back and must move forward from here!!

You might be surprised at what a little practice with makeup can do.Also don't forget to SMILE.It only took me about 5 years to figure that part out on my own.
