I have been Crossdressing since about the age of 7. I have dressed of and on since that age with varying degrees of guilt and shame. It is only now as I approach my 60th birthday that I have finally accepted that this is an important part of who I am and I now embrace this part of me. I dress when I can but circumstances prevent me for dressing as often as I like. Joining this site is part of my acceptance of this wonderful gift (thats as I see it now).

I too just turn 60 this year but for me I just open to dressing in the last year . Even though this feelings have been with me for decades only now has it's shown itself. Still house bound but ever slowly as my confinance improves so is my passions to move forward in my dressing. Were never too old and I'm so happy to now enjoy this with total acceptance from a place with so many wonderful people. Yes it is certainly a gift and in a way I wished that I had open it up many years ago. Nice meeting you and looking forward to seeing you here. 🌹
Thank you for making me feel so welcome on this site, it means a great deal to me. For the first time in, like, forever I feel like I no longer have to be on this journey on my own. As an example of the confidence you have given me, and in celebration of making this step to join this site, I treated myself and went to my local department store and bought myself some new under wear and a dress. The significance of this is that I did it with confidence, I took my time browsed for what I liked and carefully checked the sizes. Even though it was quite busy I was determined to shop the same way as if I was looking for male clothes. Once I made my selection, a new bralette, 3 pairs of panties with lace trimming and a full length summer dress, I made my way to the self checkout and made my purchase. I am now wearing these as a type this message.
