I am Manasi, a new member here. I am a MTF crossdresser, originally from India, then lived in the United States, and I'm now living in Ireland.
I always envied the girls in my school since I was around 10 years old — their clothes, their hairstyles, their jewellery. Since I was 13, I used to wear my mum's clothes when I was alone at home, and that went on till I left for college. When I moved to the US for grad school and started living alone, I decided to indulge myself with underdressing.
After finishing grad school, I moved to Ireland for work, and I finally accepted my crossdressing. I came out to more of my close female friends. I finally ventured out in public fully dressed, for dinner and drinks with a friend. I had a girls' night out with some others, and I went to some events, the theatre, etc. dressed up. I went for a two week vacation and spent most of it as a girl. I went to the Halloween party at my office as a girl. I haven't come out at work yet, but a couple of women there know. Most of my close girl friends know about my crossdressing, and they have been simply amazing, extremely supportive and encouraging.
Anyway, that was a long introduction. I'm looking forward to being part of this forum!

You appear to be completely comfortable with your crossdressing these days. How wonderful that is! I am glad you found us and decided to become a member.
