Hi, I'm Evelyn. I once heard someone call the sensation of wearing female clothing "like wearing pretty armor", and I agree with that sentiment. While I'm not comfortable going out fully/openly in public, I certainly feel sexier when wearing a pair of stripey tights, a skirt, and heels than I ever do in menswear. I find that I tend to look great from the waist down better than I do above and in fact if it weren't such a cultural taboo I'd publicly wear these things for the bottom half of my outfits all the time. Anyway, I'm rambling a bit so I'll stop here and see what everyone else has to say.
Welcome Evelyn! Well, it sounds that your 1/2 the way to being a femme fatale. Rome wasn't built in a day dear. Start looking for an appropriate wig and pick up few books from the library on make-up and your on your way to being complete. Don't forget ear rings and necklaces!
Good luck.......Lady Veronica

Evelyn ; welcome and it I'm happy you joined our little but growing family. Just to like you know us girls really do love ramblers, I do it all the time sometimes it can't be helped I just get caught up in the moment. So tell us all we love to hear it all. Here many of fine ladies love chatting and about anything so your in good company. I do like your quote wearing womens clothes is like wearing pretty armor.so cute got to remember that. Sounds like you have a very special lady, one who's willing to share with you. Mind also and I love her to death and if it wasn't for her I likely wouldn't be here enjoying these experiences. .I too am still waiting for my time to venture outdoors; and yes I too quite shy and nervous but slowly it's coming. Like good things it takes time. Again happy your here and to meet you. Friends are everywhere just reach out and one will be there. Chat anytime and most of all enjoy your time with us as we look forward of see you. 🌹

I've got long hair and rather feminine eyelashes, but as a male I've got a beard and look better with it, so that's a bit problematic if I were to dress publicly. The few times I have, I've worn a scarf wrapped around my lower face. I've considered getting a lower face mask or perhaps a veil, which wouldn't seem too out-of-place with the gothic fashion, but haven't decided on one or if I really want to go that far or not. I have enjoyed the few times I've gone out in public like it was some kind of illegal activity - quite a rush and quite a feeling of excitement, fear, and power all at once. That said, I'm not sure whether it's a goal of mine or not, as this is still pretty new for me.
Luckily I work from home, so I can spend much of my time looking however I please, and throw on some loose clothing over-top if I need to go to the store/etc.. My favorite pair of heels at the moment are pretty much indistinguishable from a cowboy boot when you can only see the bottom inch or so, so I don't even have to change my footwear if I'm wearing those (and walking around in public in heels is an undeniably feminine feeling, whether others know you're doing it or not).
I've been considering whether to just wear skirts openly, as it does seem to be a men's fashion concept that's trying to take hold on the fringe ( http://nypost.com/2017/06/28/man-skirts-are-happening-again/ among other stories/sources). Obviously a tiny miniskirt or the like wouldn't exactly be explainable, but some of the skirts I own and love would probably not garner too much unwanted attention while letting me feel feminine and comfortable.

Hey Evelyn, sounds like we share a similar fashion choice love the Goth look but on occasions lean towards the Skater Punk chick look. Yeah they've been pushing the men's skirt since like forever and used it as my excuse for my first outing black lipstick, black t-shirt and wearing a plaid knee length skirt (back in the 90s) Nowadays with the Millenniums and their 53 fluid genders sort of running the show, I'm at the point where "Screw it" is the answer to everything lol. Love your tights. Hugs - Terrisa
