I'm trans. I dress full time at home, and have done for many years. But when I signed up here in the summer it was the first time that I had ever been able to speak openly to people about who I am. It felt wonderful ... the first time I'd ever been fully accepted.
I love it here, and I hope that you will too.

I'm a mature crossdresser I've been dressing most of my life since i was about 8 or 9 years old when i tried my older sister's lingerie on I'm still in the closet to my family,

As has already been said, this site provides lots of support and views about dressing at all it's levels, so I'm sure you will be able to get any help and advice that you might require.
It can be difficult getting your head around the realisation that 'this thing of ours' has gone beyond just getting a giddy thrill when you put on a pair of tights to become something that you need to explore at a much deeper level. Sometimes you need to share, and it's nice to know that there are lots of people here that are like you, and have had similar learning experiences.
