You can go on line for size guides but if you take your trouser waist size and subtract 22 that will give you a general size in womens pants. For shirts go 1 - 2 sizes bigger in womens than you wear in men's. I wear a large in men's t shirt so I went to a 2x in womens and got a decent fit. In shoes if you wear a 10 mens, than an 11.5 or 12 in womens will come close to fitting. Hope this helps. Hugs, Allysa

Don't dress in full femme as don't have wig make up or shoes,but underdress most days in panties or thong and bralette, love to wear a skirt.
