Hello! Michelle from Western Kentucky. I've been CD for years behind closed doors but the last year I've found the courage to venture out although under the cover of the evening and absolutley no contact with anyone. A month or so ago I began to look up CD information and that led me to various sites. The search was slow at first because I wouldn't embrace the truth. I am fortunate in my situation as i work out of town over half the week so I have gotten plenty of time to be me; Michelle! No one knows, and I don't believe it would be received well, but a girl can dream! I soooooo enjoy my journeys out and even though I can't yet face the public I feel so free and more importantly I feel me. Last night was the first time I've ever spoken about me and it was refreshing! I look forward to sharing with the group. Thank you to those I've already met, it helps.

Welcome Michelle ,

Girl I am like a mislabeled cangood, inside i'm a woman but I've been cursed with "guy" features. Sometimes I think I'd have better luck passing as a train wreck. Id love to learn about makeup and where to start, I know absolutely nothing on this topic. Any guidance would be amazing and appreciated!
Hi and welcome Michelle! From one Michelle to another, there is always room for more Michelles here! Glad you found and joined CDH! It is a great place to share your story and learn others' stories as well! So please ask questions, read posts and articles and join in a chat or two. hugs, Michelle
Michelle , no matter how one thinks of their looks what's important is how one feels inside. Here we are accepting and understanding for everyone. When times are not always there to express your feelings for Michelle and know that you have us to share your experiences and have many to talk with anytime. Welcome

Welcome, Michelle.
I can relate 100%. I haven’t even started dressing, makeup or anything for fear of not being feminine enough to be happy. Maybe sometimes it’s just a dream... and really, that’s ok too.
