Hi Jenni, welcome, and it’s great to meet you!  You’re not alone with those struggles and I think every one of us wishes, like you, that our makeup skills were better!  There are soooooo many great people in here to learn from and I’m so glad you found this place!

When trying to get advice, I’d suggest that you reach out to the gals in here with specific/narrow questions - as those will likely generate the most helpful responses.  Also, I recommend searching the forums and digging around the articles so you can see if there’s already something in here that might be helpful - for example, “wigs” is a subject that will have lots of prior Q&A that might be of help.

why not try your hand at it, take a few photos post them to your public photos, and invite the ladies to go look, and then message you advice? You can always change pictures later, and guess what? you'll have a private gallery of your progress, which will drive you to keep going?

Welcome to CDH. There are plenty of girls here that can give you some solid advice. I'm still working on all that stuff myself, so the only advice I can give you is practice, practice, practice.
