Hi I'm new to this also and nervous as well. Would like to get to know others for advice.
hello Stephanie welcome to C.D.H. us girls are here to help you out in any way we can what type of help are you looking for? being nervous is all apart of being human, dressing up as a female is a hard thing to tell or show some one but first thing would be to let that person know about x dressing, don't tell her that you are right off the bat, some how bring up the subject about what you seen on T.V. about x dressers and see what her reaction is, read the body languish, if she is talking good about it, then go from there and mention maybe you would like to see what you look like dressed up, laugh about it and see what she does. if she seems OK with it then go with the flow. that's what i would might try to do. but that;s what i might of done. my wife found out later in the marriage and she seems ok with it now for i have been x dressing for many years behind her back. she lets me dress up but only when 2 adults kids are out. she tells me i can do what i like to do. plus she knows of my own dresses, make up, perfume, panties, bras, pads, nylons. i buy my own in stores and on line. wife got tired of me wearing hers and she calls it stretching it out, i am a 28waist male and dresses fit me just fine. she don't wear them any more so she knows i took over all her dresses. make up and perfume i buy my own and she knows it. good luck and nice meeting you
Thanks Lucinda for the welcome. I've been divorced for a couple of years. When my wife left the house she left a lot of clothes behind and perfume behind.
I started wearing her underwear and bras. I noticed that I filled out one of her old bras quite well. I kept looking at myself in the mirror and never realized how enhanced I was. She is b cup so I'm assuming I am as well. I actually think I fill it out better but it could be my imagination. Again I was just amazed and felt so feminine. I haven't done any make up yet but I probably will at some point.
I'm just really nervous about what my future with this is. I would probably lose my friends and family if they knew about this. Also I'm from a small town and word would get out quick. I'm not from a Lgbt friendly area. Right now I expect to keep it private. This seems to be a wonderful site to talk about this and it feels comforting knowing that I'm not alone.
Stephanie amora you are welcome. i hear you there on small town. 1 knows your a x dresser the hole town knows it. being in the closet is OK but no fun sharing it with another, but here at C.D.H. i have open up my hole life story to most and could never do in person around my town of Niagara Falls, N.Y. area. how would my family take it and friends, not sure if they would find out. here i know i am safe and secure to say i am a x dresser and not any harm to any one or any thing like that. i just love to dress up and be my self and happy. believe me you are not alone with x dressing. i thought i was until i found this site and joined up.. love reading the forums, articles, and groups. then seeing all the people that come aboard and tell their side and seeing how many x dressers there are. from all over the world, so we are not alone, its just that society is not excepting the x dressers to some degree. even tho there is lgbt groups. what real woman can dress up in manly cloths like its nothing, so why cant we dress up in female cloths and show off our fem side and go shopping and enjoy our self's.
Thanks for sharing that Lucinda. Everything you say is right on point. It's really nice to be able to talk to people about this instead of keeping it bottled up. Thank you.
