Don't worry, you aren't the first person with those kind of misgivings. Just start off by being here. What you're doing is a good way to way to ease in. Have a good look around, check out the forums, maybe read an article or two, have a look at some of the girls profiles, and before you know it, you'll feel much more at home.

I was as timid as you when I decided to register. I have not said much since I registered either, but believe me I have read a lot and have learned from the other girls experiences. Just take your time and you will find a lot of help at CDH.

Hi Jay and welcome!  Thank you for making that effort and taking that first step through our door.  The first step is the hardest, but as you build up momentum it does get easier!  I can't say dont be scared - we all deal with fear - but please put your fears aside when here at CDH.  Take some time to get settled in with us hon, and join in when you are comfortable.  No pressure and certainly no judgement, just support from people who care.  Any concerns or questions, never  hesitate to ask,  that's what we are here for!!
