I signed up here in July 2023. So much has changed for me since then that it actually seems like a long time ago. Being here has been incredibly beneficial for me; if you asked me to itemise all the ways that my life has been affected I really wouldn't know where to start.
You'll quickly discover that this is an exceptionally warm and supportive community. I'm sure that you'll quickly settle in and make friends. And if you need help at any stage while you're doing that, don't be afraid to ask. There's always someone on hand.

I found and joined this amazing community just over 9 months ago and, like Ellie, my life has changed so much for the better. Allie is such a positive influence on my male side, my only regret is keeping her hidden for so long!
Listen and learn for sure, there's tons of experience among the girls and we love to share, but get involved too, that's the best way to get the most benefit from being here.

Hi Pam. I am new welcome to heaven quite literally. Me and my husband joined last week , he told me only a few weeks ago about his CD and it was a massive shock . However thanks to us both talking and laughing and crying and me meeting his female person we have made huge steps and I feel so supported by this site and he's also on here too , occasionally we go on chat together but mainly it's me squirrelling away nuggets of information. I am sure you will find the group such an amazing support and probably never look back. Welcome again and I hope to chat with you soon . 🙏
