I would add, "safe" and "potentially life changing", as being able to share your feelings safely with the girls here will give you the freedom to be yourself.

thank you so much for the warm welcome. I do have a question regarding sizing. I’m looking to buy my first femme dress. I’m 5’5 and pretty slim. Is that a small in women’s? Are there good websites for girls like me to figure this out?

Ah, I'm in Scotland, Priscilla, and sizing is different depending on where we are. I would recommend consulting Dr Google for a US size chart, you should be able to convert measurements to nominal sizes. I say nominal because, as you're about to find out, two size 12's bought from different suppliers, can be very different! Always best to check actual sizes where possible, especially when shopping online.
