I think you'll love it here. It's a very friendly place. I've only just started going out in public myself (and one of those times was in London!) so we're kind of in the same boat.
I signed up here in July 2023. At that point I'd never told a soul about my crossdressing, even though I'd been doing it since the age of six and I'm trans. For the record, I'm now 61. 'Revealing all' seemed like an unimaginably terrifying thing just two years ago. Now I'm out and proud to everyone from family to Amazon delivery staff, and I'm even organising other events for other girls 🙂
There's lots to explore here. Have fun, and if you need help with anything just shout.

You've found a great community here, everyone is genuinely warm and friendly, a quick look round the forums and chat will show this.
I'm glad you're enjoying getting out en femme, it took me over 50 years, but only a few months after I joined, I was planning my first outing with new but dear friends I met here. Just a couple of weeks ago, I spent another few days with some of them and loved every minute. That's the beauty and power of CDH.
I called this a family and that's what it feels like, a very large one though, with over 46,000 members worldwide. You'll undoubtedly make friends here and it may even change your life as much as it has for lots of us.
