Hi. I'm Sian. I'm married, live in Texas. I'm 66 years old and my wife knows my favorite color is pink, and that I enjoy wearing womens panties, skirts and stockings with garter. I only dress up within our home, and only while my wife is at work. I am very shy and submissive, even toward my wife would you believe? So writing this is way out of my comfort zone. Hoping to mingle with a few girls who can laugh at life in general, enjoy a good belly laugh and treat me with kid gloves, as I have never connected with other CDs before and I'm nervous to say the least.

I'm a bit shy and awkward too but that really doesn't matter here. I'm not out to my wife but even if I was, I sort of suspect I'd feel a bit silly dressing in front of her, so I know what you mean. Welcome girl!

Feel comfortable with us , everybody here loves the female clothes and enjoying being fully dolled.
Some had the wife approval, some others, just like me , doesn't, so in matters of you feel better I would say you are a very lucky girl!!!
I wish I could to have my wife supporting me in this journey, but i don't have any.

As for my wife's approval, my wife, when I first mentioned to her about my liking for wearing womens panties, (I didn't mention I enjoy wearing skirts, blouses, stockings and suspender, or pantyhose) she seemed fine with, it and even took me to a store to buy panties I'd seen advertised. Since then it hasn't really been mentioned, by either of us. The last thing I want to do is lose my marriage over what is primarily a desire of mine, so I'm not willing to force anything, and as I've stated to other ladies here, even in my older years, I am still very shy and very submissive, so do not enjoy rocking any boat at any time, especially when it comes to my wife. She does not know I wear panties everyday, as she works Monday to Friday, and I'm retired, or about my other likings, and I'm scared to mention those other likings of mine. Most days I'll wear something female and change into my male clothing well before she gets home. I only wear panties, and/or stockings or pantyhose (borrow the wifes,) underneath my usual clothing if I go out. I am bi sexual, but not interested in transitioning. I just love how sensual, soft and good female clothing makes me feel. Pink is soooo my favorite color.

Hi, Sian, this is the most comfortable place to step, no, leap out of your comfort zone!
Most of us will have never, knowingly, communicated with other crossdressers before finding this wonderland. I'll be 70 next year 😱 and I only decided to look for some sort of forum or support at the start of this year, after over 50 years of feeling alone and "wrong". I had looked at other search results, well, the ones that didn't have names that left nothing to the imagination, nearly jumped back into the closet in disgust and then saw this place further down the results.
I knew in minutes that I'd found exactly the thing I was looking for. Everyone seemed (and is) genuinely friendly and helpful. I did not expect my life to change so much for the better! With the encouragement and support of friends I've made here, I stopped denying this part of myself and, instead embrace my feminine side. For the first time in my life, I now feel whole and complete and at peace.
Not to mention that it's great fun! You've made a good choice, Sian, enjoy your new home from home.

@alexina Hi Allie. I can relate to those feelings of "wrong" or being the only person who enjoys dressing in womens clothing. My mother found a pair of her very soft, very lacy panties in my bed when I was about 12 years old. She was taking the bedding off to wash them, and so found that pair of panties. When I got home from school she took she asked me why I had a pair of her panties in my bed. I think I replied with "I like how they feel, they're so soft" she told me not to do it again or she'd tell my father. That was enough to make sure I didn't do it again. I didn't try ladies underwear again until in my mid 40s , as I was living alone after divorce. I did buy myself a dozen or so pairs of panties, verious styles and colors, stockings and suspender belts, a couple of not overly feminine blouses, a few skirts. I would dress up whenever home, and without visitors. It was also during this time I had a girlfriend so hid my clothing away for when she came over. I also started relationships with a few guys but the guy thing stopped in my 50s as I had met my now wife. Since marrying her I've told her I'm bi sexual and what I've done previously with men. She's cool with my history, and seems ok with me wearing womens clothing, but to this day I have not dressed up for her. Keeping my marriage in a happy place is far more important to me than wearing womens clothes. So I wear them around home during the hours my wife is at work, and then change back to my everyday clothes before she gets home. I'm happy with this arrangement.
