Hi Marnie, and welcome.  Though I live in Arizona, I have spent quite a bit of time in your country, mainly on the South Island.  In fact, our oldest son's wedding was on a mountain top near Lake Wanaka.  I have a fondness for Monteith's hard cider, which we can't find here in the US, but even so I measure ALL ciders by it.  I am curious how active the CD community is in your area.  I look forward to hearing more about your adventures.  Hugs, Pauleete
