I've never posted anything on a forum site, so pardon me if I'm a little sloppy. I have been mild CD for years, but have only recently embraced my Mikayla side. Heck, I just vocalized that name for the first time last week. A lot of people ask when you "knew" and I've got to say, it took a loong time to overcome fear and repression. I consider myself a very lucky lady as my biggest supporter is my lovely wife! I'm just so excited and feel so freakin new! I feel like a twenty something again, and am happy in ways I haven't been in years. Rambling again, holla girls if you have any advice or just wanna talk.

So is it cool that I'm not ready to post a pic? I'd like to not look like an anonymous outline. Suggestions?
Mikayla, you certainly sound like a excited bee, that's beautiful . You'll definitely enjoy being here, help is everywhere, from our forums to many of our wonderful gals here. Ask your questions and receive advice, tips to better yourself in appearance from fashion to transforming you competely but most importantly in mind and spirit. Support can be found everywhere and for you happy to hear about your wife and her support. Truly a blessing and one never to be taken for granted. Having someone close to the heart and willing to share such a wonderful experience. Tolerating our dressing our wife's are very special indeed . I too am finding a very happy time and place right now enjoying my love for dressing with anxieties slowly disappearing. Talk to our gals, we have a wonderful chat room really mix in. Just girls being girls , so much that can be learned there. Friendships always fun make. Beautiful place with understanding people like yourself. Very nice meeting .

Look up for a avatar. Most Will pick one until there ready to post something more.🌹
Reluctant to take a pic for many reasons I'm sure you gals have dealt with, but the biggest reason, my beard.
My wife loves that I have a manly beard, and if she's accepting so readily of Mikayla, who am I to shave? It does kinda make me look really male when I dress up, but I do my hair and put on my girly clothes for me after work, so not really a complaint. Just one hella hairy girl!!
Hi Mikayla,
Welcome from the UK, it is lovely to meet you. You seem to have already discovered what a nice place this is and there are girls from all over the world willing to chat with you. I look forward to seeing you around.

I totally understand. Since my early teens I've always had a mustache and just last year I found the courage to shave it. Wife's never saw me without one. She was shock but did say it's different. Beards, they were off and on so really no issue there. But ya! certainly a big change but one I'm sure you'll do eventually after all if your dressing is that serious you'll do anything to better yourself . time will tell!!!

Thanks, really, tips are sooo welcome. I feel right and natural now more than I ever did before. But you're right, it's easy to be giddy about the newness. I have embraced Mikayla, and I am comfortable and happy for the first time in, heck I can't remember how long. But I am also trying to remain aware. I don't want to be naive, I don't want to get hurt, or accidentally offend anyone, so I gotta try to be safe. I am so happy to have you girls to correspond with. I will have to post a more thought out and carefully worded tale of my journey soon on my wall, I tend to ramble, sorry!
Welcome Mikayla!
Thanks! I love my name and what it means to me, so flattered you think it's pretty!!
Welcome Mikayla,
It is so liberating being able to tell everyone your name. I know how you feel as I did the same here a few weeks ago. Sign up for the newsletter it's been a great resource for me.
