Hi Joan and welcome in from another UK girl, closer to London 🙂 I'm not sure there's anything I can add to what these lovely ladies have already said about this wonderful site that we all call home - please do dive right in and get chatting with us!
I also love the styles that the ladies wore in decades gone by, they always look so elegant but also completely feminine in the old photos! As of yet I'm dressing more modern so as to blend in when I go out, but I still much prefer to wear dresses and skirts than the ubiquitous leggings. Leggings are fine underneath, but like many, I just feel that more femininity needs to be shown!
