Hi all - I'm a 67 years young pre-op woman...live in Sydney, NSW, Australia. Feel like I've been on hormones for ever!! I am an investment analyst in my boy mode (all my clients are in northern hemisphere) but dress & live as a woman full time outside of the workplace. I believe I now pass well (other than my voice which i have been working on!!) Love all things feminine (obviously), prefer the sophisticated, power dressing business woman look and believe that i have reached a level of competence with my makeup. I'm hoping to connect to other girls and share Blow Kiss Blow Kiss .

Welcome to our unique community, Tammi.

We are a diverse bunch, some just starting to discover the joy of crossdressing, right through to girls who have or are transitioning, so you find others like you here.

This is a genuinely friendly community, and a safe place to share with like-minded sisters. It won't take you long to see how much we love our home from home, I'm sure you'll love it too.

Just ask if you need anything or have any questions.

Hi Tammi

Welcome to CDH 🙂

The replies your intro has been getting will have already shown you what a friendly and supportive place this is. I hope you love it here as much as I do.

There's lots to explore. Have fun doing that, and if you need help with anything at all just shout.

@tammigurl Ηey Tammi, welcome to CDH.  I am so happy for you that you are living the life you would like to lead.  Sorry you aren’t happy with your voice, but I guess the Australian accent takes time to get used to 🙂 .

There are quite a few Australian girls in this community, so if you want, I am sure you will have ample opportunity to chat and meet up with the girls.

Hope we get the chance to chat sometimes.  Hugs Christine

@christineth thank you Christine for your kindness in reaching out...my voice is a challenge and a work in progress...it is, however, now trained to the point where most times I do have a woman's pitch...blessings Trans Heart

@harriette

Hi - more boring details re me..out of workplace, have been living as single divorced woman for over 10 years..have not fully transitioned or had any surgery or GRS (that prospect is obviously daunting!!), other than my breast augmentation...but believe that I now pass as an attractive woman. Its taken a while but I now have the breasts, the figure and skin of a woman to complement my feminine mind. I unfortunately required breast implants because a combination of hormones and herbal creams didn't give me the CC/D sized natural breasts I so desired.

I look and feel at least 10 years younger despite the ravages of the estradiol (I'm down to 60 ng/dl).

I spent my early years as a driven, highly motivated analyst trapped in a man's body and a loveless open marriage...I had been in the closet for decades which is psychologically, very unhealthy. Its been hard to hide my physical appearance (and obviously my breasts) from my macho work colleagues but I'm the happiest I have ever been. I have also made the decision to advise my CEO that I will be presenting and identifying in January 2025 as a woman full time. While I am in a senior position in my company, I still have to seek his permission because he hired me as a man (albeit a fairly feminised one LOL!!).  Dealing with some of my private clients will be interesting but I have presented as a woman to a small number of LBGTQ ones already (both via zoom and face-to-face on international trips) who were surprised but impressed.  There are only 5 women in my team of 15 analysts and I have shared my plans only with a few of them - they have been very supportive and I have been on many outings enfemme with them ex office.  They have also kindly offered me dressing advice.

I expect some form of pushback from the more conservative, macho senior male colleagues but que sera, sera!!

I am living my best life now...while I wasted decades, am resolved to taking hormones all the rest of my life it was all worth it...the funny thing is that because I obviously have to wear a bra to support my breasts, get to wear lingerie that actually fits my figure and outside the workplace (for a short while anyway), lovely dresses or power dressing skirt suits, sheer pantyhose and heels every day, it all comes naturally because in my mind I've always been a woman.

If its your path, embrace your destiny and your femininity

Hi Tammi and welcome to CDH (and perhaps as Harriette mentioned, Transgender Heaven too).  Here you will find many smart, fun and compassionate people willing to help.  I'm an intersex person and completely understand what you said about hiding physical changes.  I'm now out and open and speak publicly about living an intersex life and you can check my profile if you want more information.  I'm so glad to hear that you're happy and hope that continues.  Safe Journey, Marg

Thanks Jodie - I note you are from Brisbane...as fate would have it, I just spent 2 weeks in north Brisbane at an old friend's bedside and unfortunately he passed...it was extremely awkward because everyone knew me before my transition...outside of my workplace presently, I live as a woman...life is strange sometimes Trans Heart

Hi Tammi!

Welcome to CDH! I'm Sandie.

You sound like a very smart,  attractive,  independent,  and bold woman.  And, I like it.

You're going to fit right in here. Everyone is so friendly.

Also, maybe you can share some tips and advice with the rest of us girls?

Hugs,
