Welcome and hope you can get the support and affection you need here. I know I sure have!

I just came out to my wife and she hasn't been overly supportive, but also understands expressing my femme side is not optional. She mainly is afraid she'll "lose" me, although she will eventually see that rather than losing me, she is meeting the half of me I kept hidden from her for 40 years.

You have to decide what's best for your relationship, but I know I'd much rather not waited 40 years to reveal my femme side. It would have been better for me to tell her up front then see if our love was strong enough to tolerate it. But everyone has to deal with coming out in their own time and way.

Lean in and enjoy the support of all the wonderful people on CDH. Glad you found us!
