I'm not new. Not really. I have been around for a few weeks getting to know some of you. I was going by Mysti because Mysticd was my crossdressing online handle. Now that I'm becoming someone more than an anonymous lurker/surfer on the internet, I wanted to have a "big girl" account.
Genevieve Bergman was my great, great aunt. I thought it was the most beautiful name. It sounds French, but we are actually German descendants. And she was a second generation American. My family line is interesting to me, so I am researching it.
I'm a nerd, geek, and weirdo.
Those words are usually used to insult someone. For me, they are a badge of honor. I nerd out about a lot of things. I get so engrossed in a subject that I have to learn all about it. I'm a geek: Sci-Fi, fantasy, action figures, computer games, comic books, Dungeons and Dragons, Star Wars/Star Trek, reading/watching/playing. I wasn't really sure if I was going to be a the same girl as I have been a guy. But why not!?!? I love that stuff.
Finally, I'm a weirdo. I never really have fit with my communities I live in. I didn't enjoy the cultural norms of people around me (sports are a big blah to me). I'm quiet and listening to things around me. I see connections between things and people that others don't see. I find the details important and matter when others just let the world move passed them.
I love being dressed in satin or satiny nylon. My favorite undergarments are Vanity Fair Lace Nouveau and Ravissant, as well as satin flutter bikinis (although VF's Illumination bikinis are to die for), a good fitting bra, a cami (preferably in satin), and stockings with a garter belt. My favorite style is rockabilly/'50's sock hop styles, although a sweet pair of nice fitting jeans and a sweater with booties are my casual style preference. I use breast forms, wigs, shapers, and hip/butt pads for figure enhancement because I am striving for as close to a girly figure as I can.

I know exactly what you are talking about, Our clothing preferences are a bit different, though (except the '50s styles - I was there the first time around, and they stayed with me). Hi, I am NOT much into sports either except auto racing, and not just any auto racing but Formula 1 lol. i also like super bike racing. Other than that, I am not much into football or baseball, etc. I understand the game just have no interest in them.
My self i like sci-fi, computer games, technology in general, family tree stuff, and music.
