Hello. Just beginning my crossdressing journey. I have been fascinated with the lifestyle for a while now but just starting to get my feet wet. Totally closeted but do enjoy dressing a bit during my alone time. Haven't ventured into hair or makeup yet but wanting to soon. I have a large build, so any help with that would be appreciated.

I just started practising with makeup a couple of months ago and can now certainly respect the skill and artistry that gg's possess! Youtube has lots of makeup videos, including quite a few by guys, that I've been following, with varying degrees of success 😊.

As you begin your journey you may be overwhelmed. I see you’re from the Boston area. I find most people are absorbed into their own matters so likely don’t notice or care. But you have access to Lane Bryant and Torrid who are CD friendly. The associates are happy to help with sizes and some basic ideas to help you feel comfortable with you size and features so something to investigate in drab mode.

I like corsets as a way to deal with my gut fat. Just a word of advice though, don't go for the cheap ones, save your money and get the best quality possible. You will save money and heartache in the long run.
But hey there is also value in just running with whatever you've got! Don't let the small imperfections like that be too much of your experience. We do all this outside stuff for fun and validation, but as corny as it sounds, the real beauty, the one that people see, comes from the inside. You gotta make that je ne sais quoi shine!
