One of the Meetup groups that I belong to is hosting this annual event. It's a holiday event to bring people together. I've been the previous two years and I'd estimate it draws 40-50 people. It's entirely social and the event itself has no cost; you're only responsible for your own food and drink.

It would help us get an accurate headcount if you joined Meetup if you haven't already (free) and also joined the group itself - D.C. Area Transgender Ladies Socials and Events (also free). The group will also be negotiating a group rate at the hotel if you'd like to stay the night and avoid a drive home. The event will post a link to the hotel's rate once it's available.
