It's been in the pipeline for a while now. SO knows I wear lingerie and she's even bought it for me on occasion and tucked away in a WhatsApp message a few months ago I said I wanted to dress full on as a woman. So the seed had been planted.
This morning we talked again on WhatsApp about what I was underdressing in at work today (my current favourite black lacy bra and panty set) and I told her I'd ordered the dress she said I'd look good in last week. And something else. A wig.
Obviously she was taken aback. There were questions and confusion and lots of other emotions but, the end result is...she now knows!
It's such a relief. Not only that I will be able to openly dress in front of her but that she is totally fine with it. "As long as you are happy babe, that's all that matters". SO asked if I wanted to go out dressed and when I said yes, eventually she even suggested a weekend away without the kids so I could be more open and free.
So I think I officially came out this morning 😃
I'm so happy I could buy another mini dress....

I wish my wife would feel that way. She still does not want me to dress. I do love my wife dearly, but I do not dress to hurt her. I am hopping some day she will be understanding and accepting. My feminine expression is so very important to who I am. I do not think I could ever really give it up. I am so happy for you Steph. I hope you enjoy the freedom she has given you.

The first thing you should do is buy your very special SO some flowers and take her out to dinner in a nice restaurant.
You are about to embark on what will be a very interesting and thrilling part of your life. Just keep the lines of communication open with your SO and take it slow in the beginning.

Definitely get your wife something special and as a rule of thumb, every time you do something for yourself, try to do two things for her.
You are a fortunate to have an accepting and supportive partner. This is wonderful for you. Its essential that you make life even more wonderful and rewarding for her.
