If your wife knows a little start off slowly then like maybe wear a nice knee length A-skirt around the house nothing outrages but subtle just solid colours, see how she reacts and pay attention to her non-verbal cues. then work your way from there by adding tights under it to the mix and slowly build up from there leaving undergarments and makeup last. Wives tend to freak out when you hit them with the full battle armour all at once.
