I finally had some time and the house to work on my makeup. I've texting someone, and they first suggested a late lunch, then dinner. So I started to work on my makeup, almost done, and she changed her mind for lunch in 45 minutes. Fuck it, I'm going out in a dress and makeup. Finished getting dress, stockings and some killer heels, walked down the stairs and out of the house. My car is a manual, I was so afraid of stalling while wearing heels. I only did stall once, just because the car in front of me was very slow at the light. Met my lunch date, she compliments me on how I look, and thanked her. I was so nervous on walking in the restaurant, but it was okay. We talked for a while, and then it time to go. I wanted to leave before I had to explode going to the bathroom. I walked out with confidence, and made it to the car safely. First thing, took off the heels, and drove home in my stockings. None of my neighbors were out to spot me, so successful first time out as a woman.
Notes: I still need to work on my makeup, eye liner is okay to bad, look like a 90 year old grandmother trying it on, and need to shave up and down with a newer blade. some missed spots and slight 5 o'clock shadow.
Thank you in advance,
Brittany
Great day out Brittany, congratulation. I can empathize on the eye makeup and shaving close enough. Both are challenges.
Each time I go out I think for ages about how I'd improve my look next time - especially the makeup!
We haven't had all those years perfecting the art like women have, so all good fun.
Your first trip sounds like a real blast - how cool to meet up with a girlfriend!

Hello Brittany; Great choice for your name. Thank you for sharing and congrats on your first public outing. Make-up application is almost always difficult to do in the beginning, especially the eyes. It takes practice, practice, practice, and more practice. If you still can't get it, nothing wrong with seeking out help from a make-up professional. Wishing you good luck and success.
That's a great story. I'm glad it went well and you enjoyed it.
Brittany,
Just lovely. I enjoyed your story, you ladies who go out and tell the rest of us really inspire me to do more.

Sounds like a great time! A definite inspiration to a lot of us still hiding out and dreaming of being in public.

Wonderful to hear. A great day and the start of many more. Congrats and thank you for sharing.
