My wife has a life long friend. She's more like a sister. She knows my secret, and has done for many years, but has never seen me dressed.
Today, my wife and her friend were going for lunch, and her friend said that she's start walking over. it's about a 20 minute walk from her house to ours.
I had plenty of time to throw the hoover around and go and get changed...
Halfway through the hoovering, there is a knock on the living room window, and my wife's friend was looking in.... Her husband had dropped her off! She knocked on the window as she could hear the Hoover, and didn't think I'd hear the door bell.
My wife was upstair getting ready.
I opened the door and invited her in.
She complimented me on how I looked and stated that she loved the skirt I was wearing. No more was said.
My wife came downstairs and off they went.
It's only a little thing. She already knew about my crossdressing, so it wasn't a "coming out", but these little things, total acceptance. No fuss. No stifled giggles etc, made this very special indeed.
Hopefully, my wife will reflect on this and be more open to me coming out to other friends.

Hello Linda, Yes as the others say it is nice when someone accepts you as a lady. Our neighbours know about my CD & have known for awhile, although the lady & children have seen me CD, the man has not. But the other day he came outside when I was CD & talking to the little girl, he just said hello & started talking to me as normal. After I went inside I thought that was very nice of him & I was pleased, so it is nice when you are treated as a normal girl. love, Helenmarie
I wasn't accepted as a lady. I was accepted as a man dressed as a lady. At the time, I had 3 weeks of beard growth, and I sport a moustache. I have no intentions to be received as anything but a man in female clothing. It was nice to just be accepted as the "twisted deviant" that I am 🙂 🙂
