Another short session today of an hour or so - a month since my last one; so nice to be dressing again. First thing was to decide on an outfit - I went for natural tan tights, khaki animal print dress and some navy flat shoes.
I decided to start the session by sorting out my clothes storage; all the summer clothes were put in my ‘lay away’ store and more suitable clothes for autumn/winter placed for ease of access. While sorting the clothes I went through them and consigned items which I no longer wanted to a bag ready for donation to charity. As I went through my clothes I made the effort to get an appreciation of the clothes I have - at a push if I was able to start dressing 24/7 I would just about be able to.
Having got my girl clothes sorted, it was time for a short walk. I put on a navy anorak on and wore my handbag cross-slung. Out the back door, out the side gate and off down the road, I walked round the block and back home through a nearby green space. A nice autumn walk of about 15minutes - nice to be out dressed again.
On getting home, the washing machine had finished so I hung up the washing on the various airer’s around the house. Just time for a 5 minute rest before getting changed and going to pick up my SO.
I had worn my mother’s ring during the session, I hardly noticed I was wearing it - strangely afterwards I missed having it on.
