A few days back I had a short time home alone, a slot of an hour or so. As I did not have a lot of time I just decided to go for a walk around the neighbourhood. I got dressed and put on my outfit of 40d black tights, a charcoal grey skirt, and a blue long sleeve top with some navy flat shoes. Before going out I had a couple of things I just had to do...
- Try on some black ballerina flats I had purchased for my big feet (UK size 13). They were the first pair of women's shoes in my size that I had purchased. I slipped off my navy flats, it was fairy tale time - would the shoes fit ? I put them on carefully - yes I could get them on and they looked good on me 🙂 . It was so nice to have a pair of proper women’s shoes to wear. They would need wearing-in before I could go out in them - but for now I could wear them round the house and for photo-shoots.
- Organise my small selection of costume jewellery - I spent a few minutes putting the items into a small jewellery box I bought a couple of weeks ago - 1 ring, 1 pendant necklace, 1 gold chain necklace, 2 pairs of clip on earrings and 1 bracelet; which are enough for my current needs.
I put away my new shoes and put my navy flats back on before I got ready to go out (for now I’ll stick to my selection of unisex flat shoes for my outings). Then it was out for my walk on a rather bracing cold autumn day, I wore a light brown anorak with fleece lining and used my tan handbag. I’m getting rather nonchalant about going out en femme now - I've been out so many times in the last few years it just seems so normal. A half hours walk up by the local shops and back down along the main road through the housing estate back home.
A short time dressed, but I managed to get some essential things done and enjoy a nice walk.
Dear Alicen ,
You never forget your first pair of women shoes.
I have only two pairs now , one pair being that first pair.
As I only wear them indoors ( still in the closet )
they have some wear on them but are still allright.
Love Sylvia.
I have never been out for a walk en femme yet, but look forward to the day I can do so. You absolutely never forget your first pair of pretty shoes. Glad to hear you are able to enjoy and hope you have more lovely walks!
Congratulations Alicen, hope it’s the 1st of many adventures
Liz
