I bought this t-shirt dress ( https://www.venus.com/viewproduct.aspx?BRANCH=7~72~&ProductDisplayID=49012) last summer and wore it for one short, forgettable and very nerve wracking shopping excursion in one of my few times in full femme mode. But after acquiring a number of foundational items and knowledge, I dressed yesterday and felt about as good as I could about my appearance... so much so that I completely forgot the light sweater to go over it. I went out for breakfast emboldened by my image of myself in my full length mirror. What I think I would have really enjoyed even more though would be strolling in public settings taking in various sights. I'm thinking trips to art, architectural and historical museums might be more appealing and require less back and forth dialogue than interacting with waitresses and hostesses. Any other suggestions outside of clothes shopping?
Great thinking, Emma. That's exactly the direction I went when I went out for my first outing alone last week. I chose the art museum because interaction is entirely optional. It was fabulous!
YOu can see my post on this outing at

How about going to see a film at the cinema ? you can probably buy your ticket online
Art gallery/museum or similar are good places to go, have added them to my potential activity list.
