Flasback to over a year ago now... for a year plus, maybe 2 years, back then, my daily routine was .... wakeup, ready for work, kid drop off, put on flats or heels in guy mode and go shopping for 30 min, back to guys shoes, head into the office, escape at lunch to my favorite thrift stores in flats or heels, back to work, finish work and rush home, have 10-15 of girl time, continue with family obligations, off to sleep. Sometimes a full outfit change for a longer lunch break, but still with a guy face/hair. Lots of interesting chats with store assistants and other customers while dressed or shopping at lunchtime.
At home working, it's now dress during breaks in the day (in my bedroom only), run errands in a mask and feel anonymous with flats, long dressing sessions late night, no chats with anyone while out.
I have more girl time now, just less interaction. It's okay, it's different, every few years it has been.
