Ok so, for the ones that kept up with my up and down story, forget all you know. The /r/crossdressing discord and CDH chat helped me SO much in the past week, I didn't take small steps but took HUGE leaps, and tonight I went out, as Raven. She's part of me now, and she's here to stay, forever.
Anyway, that said, I got a ton of support and help and whatnot in both chats, they helped me build my confidence, got rid of most of my doubts, and tonight after I took the biggest leap of them all, shaving my beard, I went out with my SO, as Raven.
First she helped me get the shave as clean as possible, then helped me with my makeup and wig, and off we were (this took like 3 hours with shaving legs, shaving face and everything hihi)

First we went for drinks (which only ended up being 1 drink due to the bar closing, we got there at like 00:30am cause we suck with time management), and I had a cocktail, something my male side would never even consider. One guy in the bar like triple checked me when we went past him in the door but he didn't say anything.

After that we went by a friend who I talked to A LOT during my hard times figuring this side out, he was flabbergasted that I build up the courage to go out so soon after all that happened, but we filled him in and he understood.

Last, we went by a 24/7 food shop to grab a small bite to eat before going home. The guy behind the counter greeted us with "good evening ladies" which made me giggle. The food girl saw through me but didn't say anything, and when we left the guy behind the counter yelled "ciao ladies" and waved at us even though he was helping other customers, which made me giggle again. Also, seeing my own lipstick on the sides of the red bull can felt AMAZING!
When I got home I was glad to get the heels off, something I never imagined could happen, but hey, all part of feeling feminine am I right girls?

All in all this went way better than expected, and I can't wait for the next date with my SO (movie theatre this time, so excited!).

Hello Raven, congratulations on your night out. You look very convincing.
I hope to have as much courage as you in the near future. I am trying to be more open with people and I've attended a few LGBT meetings. It's nice to wear a dress in front of a group of people and feel at ease without anyone criticising me.
Inspiring!! Thanks for sharing!
Lisa
