Shopping at Torrid

I recently applied and got a line of credit from Torrid. I knew that they probably wouldn't have clothes in my size but was interested in thier shoes. I have a wide foot and toes that are grown together on both feet. Looking at Torrid's website I saw that they had shoes in a wide with. Last Friday after work I got home and started getting ready. I had been thinking about going all week even though I would be going alone. I knew of a Torrid near me in a mall and after finding out where it was in the mall I got really nervous. So I asked my friend which Torrid she went to and if it was a standalone. She told me about her experience and where she went was a standalone. Even though it was a little further than the mall I decided to go there. I did my makeup, put on a pair of jeans and on of my favorite button down long sleeve blouse and headed out. Once I got there I was put at ease by the staff and pointed to the clearance are. Just my luck I found a pair of stacked heel ankle boots in my size. Tried on some calf high boots but they didn't fit well. Back to the clearance/sale area and found two blazers that actually fit me well. So I kept looking and ended up leaving with the two blazers, two tops, a dress, the boots and a pair of earrings. I had to tell myself to stop before I blew up my credit limit. It was such a pleasure to shop and all my fears of shopping alone where long gone as I walked out with my new purchase. The next night I wore the boots, earrings and one of the blazers out with my girlfriends. They like the look I had put together, purple plaid with ruffles blouse, gray alone skirt and gray plaid blazer. My girlfriends said I had a school teacher look, I totally rocked it and was fine looking like that. Can't wait for the next trip out shopping.
