I am happily married, but with a wife who does not approve of cross dressing so my dressing is done in secret. I have been out in public away from home where I don't know any one numerous times. Normally I will try to keep my self distanced from people especially kids. But recently will infact Monday this week I did something I had wanted to do for a long time. Dressed in a top, camisole, bra, false breasts, shortish (mid thigh) skirt, pantyhose, modesty briefs, girdle and panties with clip on ear rings and a alice band I alighted from the car with my purse while wearing ballet flats and walked across the road and into a store to grab a couple of bottles of water as it was a warm day and I still had a 4 hour drive back home. I sort of felt nervous but also confident, although facial wise I did not pass at all as a female, I purchased the water, nothing was said in the store the staff were all young (late teen, early twenties) cis females, they were polite and courteous towards me as I got my wallet out of my purse and put it back in and left, I could see the reflection of the store in a another parked car window as I left but they just went about their business. I was proud of my self for doing it, I am a long way off going near masses of people, but felt confident when only round a small gatherings I can do this. Nothing was said by pedestrians no looks of digust etc either.
That was a pretty big and bold step. Congratulations.
Congratulations on taking this step, Glenn. Wishing you the very best in your CD journey.
Love,
Jen
That’s awesome! Congratulations good for you glad it went well.
Fantastic! A great step to take and encouraging that it went so well.
Baby steps, Sweetie. Then as your self confidence grows so will your steps. Soon you'll be stepping out tall and proud!
It is always fun to read about everyone that takes that first step of going out, maybe some day I will get the courage to do the same..............
Thanks for sharing your outing. Every positive experience is an inspiration to anyone whos peeking out of that closet door and may just be the thing that opens the door a bit wider. When we share we give encouragement to everyone.
A big sister's hug now for being such a brave girl
What a thrill!!!
Congratulations on a big moment!
Good for you. Everyone out there is too busy with their lives to worry about how you look. They just don’t care really.
