Went for a walk tonight

About 8pm I put the milk bottles out ready for the milkman.... Before I opened the door, I check through the living room window that no one was about, and I also checked through the spy hole in the door that all was clear. I opened the door wearing my "rock chick" outfit and put the bottles out... The cold hit my legs.... It was electric. I went back into the living room as said "Stupid question. Would you object to me going for a walk?"
She wasn't overly happy, but I explained that I would borrow her big coat with the fluffy hood, and if anyone was on an intercept course, I could put a face mask on.... She agreed.
Coat on, hoop up, mask in pocket, I opened the front door and stepped out.
It was cold around my legs even with 100 denier tights on. The coat was doing its job.
I walked down the end of my street where there is a major road. Turned along the major road with cars, a couple of busses, and loads of guys on mopeds delivering food. A man approached walking his dog. I didn't see him until it was to late so couldn't put my mask on. "Good evening" he said. "evening" I replied not even trying to disguise my voice..... Pointless! I passed numerous people, and a bus with maybe ten people on it stopped at lights. At one point, I unbuttoned the coat, the threw back the hood. I walked like this for 5 or 10 minutes before doing the coat back up and pulling the hood up.... I was cold but loving it.
I returned home totally exhilarated. Not for one second (after leaving the front door) did I feel scared. It was amazing.
I got home, and went to see my wife. "how was it", she asked. I told her.... Then she said "don't do it again. I can't handle it. What if someone saw you that we know?". I don't care who knows about me, my wife does not share that opinion.
Needless to say, I won't be doing it again any time soon, but it was absolutely amazing.
My wife blows hot and cold with my crossdressing. I've been dressed all day to day. She holds the cards and lays down the rules.... She has a high powered job and is stressed to breaking point. If she says no, I don't argue. I'm a lot luckier than many. As I said, I've been dressed all day. The longest I think I've ever been dressed. From 8AM when I got out the shower to 11:15PM.... I'm not going to argue.
My only regret about the walk was that I was wearing my flat pumps rather than heels. I would have loved to hear them clicking as I walked. If there is ever another time, I'll be sure to change my shoes 🙂
