Me too, not getting to dress or go shopping too long makes my mood very grouchy

Everyone has their own comfort level and it can vary from day-to-day and depending on the outing. You have to be confident in what you're wearing and how you present yourself. Because if you're causing yourself anxiety, then the outing won't be enjoyable.
