My wife's family meeting me as Adrianna for the first time is one I will never forget.Wife did tell them I go by Adrianna now.I remember going to her parent's place and she was with me.She saw I was nervous and did tell me it is going to be good not to worry about it.She was right,did accept the changes calling me Adrianna.Saw me much happier as Adrianna fulltime.It was her mom that inspired me,she was glad I came out and we had a talk.She had a younger brother that did have a hard time coming out.He was gay and this was his secret getting a phone call saying goodbye to her hanging up.She found him dead on the floor,took his life.She was glad I came out finally 10 years ago and I thought about it

Sorry to hear about your mother-in-laws brother. However, it is nice to hear that she is accepting and had a conversation with you. If only there were more people like her what a wonderful world it would be.
