She lives within this soul of mine
A paltry part of me
I visit her from time to time
And this is what I see
Her style, her grace, her grand facade
Set out with such a flair
The smile, the wink, the knowing nod
That isn’t really there
One look upon a mirror and see
If I can find a glance
She’s corpulent, tall and ordinary
She doesn't have a chance
So once again I change my clothes
And wish that I could be
As comfortable within my robes
as anyone can see
