The holiday season is great for buying clothes in person. Within most of the chaos of people rushing to buy things for their loved ones for whatever holiday they celebrate, no one really notices a man buying women's clothing (or in the area to buy them). When ordering, it's often assumed that you're just buying the clothes as a gift for someone. Another great perk. And with the sales, clothes are way more cheap than usual. It's great, especially if you're new to buying in person (like myself), where it seems like there are no eyes on you or anything like that.
I agree this a great time to buy women's clothes for yourself. I was just thinking about buying a new dress for my self. I brought my first pair of high heels this time of year a few years ago. The caishier said to me "oh these are one of our most comfortable styles". I wasn't sure what to say so I said "that's good to know", it was nerve racking but also very exciting to know I just brought my self a pair of high heels.
