Having my first professional bra fitting tomorrow. Very nervous, but also excited at the same time. How many of you other girls have had a bra fitting and what was your experience like.
I have not had one , but several of my sister friends have and say it is a “ rite of passage” into womanhood. Everyone loved it, the only negative from one was the fitting room was tiny. I would love to have one and would like it with a sister friend. I would love to share one with my wife, but that will NEVER happen. Enjoy the time! Please write about your experience.
It was great fun and no big deal at all. Asking for a fitting was the hard part, but once done all the nervousness was gone and I just went with it. The SA was great and I enjoyed being in the VS dressing rooms while various SAs brought different bras. When done, it felt perfectly natural to carry my new bras around the SA pulled-out matching panties on the sales floor.
I had at a local Catherine's several years ago when I first began to explore my feelings in earnest. I was very disappointed with the experience. I later learned as a result of my own research and guidance from another source in my own measurements that the information provided at the fitting was incorrect. I am interested in having another fitting done especially since the sales associates at my preferred Torrid store have broached the subject, but I have not had the time in my schedule for it.

Unfortunately I don't have had a bra fitting experience. I would love to have one but I had used The Breast Form Store' guide to find my bra size. It was a nice experience. I hope it works out well.

I have had two en femme fittings and as others have said, it's the most wonderful femme affirming experience we CD's can have.
To stand there in the fitting room, with "naked" breast forms attached with a lovely woman fussing over "band tightness", "this bra is too high in the cups", or "please turn around whilst I do the back up" is just plain wonderful. Then when the store did not have the matching panty in my size, i was given an alternative to try on over my gaff and control panty. So the stockings had to come off the suspenders and there I sat trying on the different size, just like a "real woman". The chatter from the next booth, "you'd be better off with a 14 B". "oh then do you have it it black" etc etc was also part of the "fun"
That was the second time in a fitting room "big enough for two". First one was small so I was "solo". But I still loved checking out the fit on my new bra in the mirror.
I also went to two department stores en femme, eg Target picked out two or three bras in each and calmly went to the change rooms to try them on. Then when purchasing, just calmly took them up to the check out, paid and left.
The only "femme" thing I'd like to do is have my arms above my head and have the fitter run a tape measure across my bust to check my band size. I know I know it and most can tell via by eye, but hey, "one more for the road", which I'd like to do with another CD friend later in the year
I have written about my experiences here on CDH, but the updated format has "lost" my articles tab in my profile..
So here's some photos of those lovely days instead

I donated all of these to a women's shelter. I can and do enjoy higher end brands.

I have come to regard the owner of this store as a friend. She is a wonderful very switched on woman who now runs three high end stores in diverse locations in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. But she only has small fitting rooms..... LOL
The store with the "room for two" also openly advertises fittings for CD's So for Melbourne/Victorian based members just type that in and also "Moonee Ponds".
They destroy the "Illusion", (hint to the store name..) via have a hairy chested "bloke" wearing a bra that's far too small for him.
Happy dressing, (and bra fitting)
Caty.
Hi Michelle,
I’ve had several bra fittings and haven’t had an issue. In guy/girl mode the fitter has been very professional and treated me well.
No need to be nervous or anxious.
If the store offers a bra be sure it fits well with your breast forms.
