Hi everyone. Appreciate your advice here.
I'm thinking about ordering breast forms later this year and have a friend bring them over for me. Thing is.....I have a large quite dark tattoo on my right chest....so how would I incorporate a breast form?
Do I cover the tatt with something after the form is on, or do I colour the form somewhat to merge with the tatt?
Suggestions please!

Hi Sonja,
The most obvious answer is that breast forms are usually fully contained in a bra and not seen by anyone else so the tatt would disappear under the edge of the bra. However if you intend for people to see them and presume they are natural breasts then you will need to properly adhere the forms to your chest and apply make-up to disguise the edge of the forms. There is make-up available which will completely hide a tattoo but I have insufficient knowledge to advise you what it is or how it is applied. I would suggest that to blend a tatt onto a breast form would require a highly skilled, theatrical make-up artist. The forms themselves cannot be tattooed.
The other but quite expensive option is to obtain a full chest cover which incorporates breast forms and extends to the neckline and under the arms. These are hand made and tailored to your own skin colour but would fully cover the tattoo. I suggest you look up "TheBreastFormStore" either from the link on this page or on the web to look at what is available and their cost. Both the Australian and US sites, should have the full range.

Hi Sonya,
I agree with Sheryl, a breast plate would be best. There are many types available, but steer away from the cheap ones. They are very fragile, and will literally fall apart in days. Save up your money and quality forms. I know from experience!
