Do any of my sister here have any advice on how to get rid of the under eye bags? Preferably without surgery.
I've been using off the shelf product from the skin care section of Wal-Mart for about a month now. I do see a difference and hope it continues improving.

I've been using Neutrogena Rapid wrinkle remover and moisturizer, night time, for about 3 weeks now. I have noticed a significant reduction in the wrinkles as well as a tightening of the facial skin. My under eye area no longer looks puffy, and my face feels so soft.
If you try it, be certain you follow the directions carefully, as some women have had a bad rash breakout due to using too much. A little goes a long way.
