Hello there !
Im not sure what to write here, Im not new to crossdressing but new to writing about it.
I've spent many years in denial overcompensating with a big burly beard so this is like a return to my true self 🙂
Being from the northern part of Sweden, where men are MEN as they say, as you can imagine I'm not too open about crossdressing.

Hi Therese welcome with us
Catherine
Hello Therese and welcome to a safe and happy place where you can be yourself, share your experiences, talk about your dreams and aspirations and, well, continue to embrace who you are.
Your profile suggests you've experienced some of the denial many of us have been through but here you can put all that behind you. Have a look through the forums and you'll find many with similar experiences.
Have fun.
Jane
Hi Therese and welcome to CDH.

Hi Therese and welcome! This site is a great resource to let you connect with a wonderful sorority of gals who all understand and have shared very similar situations to yours. We all come to terms with this part of ourselves at different stages in life, even though for most of us it has been a part of us for as long as we can remember.
I too am from a part of the world where "men are men" and are expected to act a certain way.... try as I might, it never stuck. While my buddies were growing their beards out and romping through the woods shooting stuff, I just kept thinking to myself how out of place a full beard and camouflage would look with the adorable new dress and heels I just bought. 🙂
Bottom line, we all have to be ourselves! Those molds that fit others so well certainly don't work for everyone in this world. That's what this site is all about. Glad you're here!
