I have taken the big step of joining this group. I am a (almost) 70yr old who has enjoyed wearing feminine clothes for quite some time. Sadly, family are not supportive so I am still in the closet. However, circumstances that I would not wish on anyone have given me the opportunity to dress more frequently. Although still in the closet, I am enjoying my dressing at home. I note that there are many groups where those who profess to be cross dressers are, in fact, only showing off female underwear in a sexual situation. I have to admit that I have never found anything sexually arousing in wearing female clothes, I tend to go toward practicality and "does it fit right? is it comfortable? and can I wear this in public without being stared at?" Yes, I love the variation in materials, colours, styles and everything, I tend to buy most of my clothes from the womens department of stores but they always have to fill that criteria that I have laid down for myself, especially, "Can I get away with this in public?"
