Hello from Denise

I'm very happy to have found this site! All the girls are so friendly and helpful. I started cross dressing at a young age because of the overwhelming desire to wear the nice, pretty, girly exciting things. Since I was 5 or 6 it seemed like anybody should be able to wear any clothes. The whole gender thing was not fair at all. Even had I tried to avoid the urge to dress up pretty and cute I would have never been successful. So I went on year after year trying to hide my desires. I always felt ashamed because society made it seem so bad and I always had to be so secretive. I always had to hide my clothes. I was caught on quite a few occasions with mixed results. Lost friends, parents who didn't understand, and shame all around. Being a cross dresser was confusing to every one, especially me!
I just the past year or so I've started to make better sense of cross dressing. I no longer think there is something wrong with me!!! I do have as much right as any girl to wear pretty and sexy feminine clothes. I just found this site a couple of days ago but already feel so at home. I'm so happy everyone is so friendly and caring! I hope to get to know you all.
