I am Stella from Frankfurt in Germany. I wonder whether there are two or three more crossdressers from Germany on Crossdresser Heaven. As I am a retired civil servant, I can spend more time en femme than several years ago.
Fifty years ago I did not know what a crossdresser was. But frome time to time I felt the urge of putting on women´s clothes, ending in the idea that I would never do that again and that I was perverted. How totally wrong I was! Then the internet came and opened up a fascinating, new, wide world. Into the search-engines I put the word "crossdresser" and I found entries after entries. I devoured the stories and I could finally say: "Wow! That is exactly my story. I am not alone, I am not the only crossdresser on earth. Thank God I am not perverted. Stella is a part of me." With Oscar Wilde I can say: "I can resist everything except temptation." The temptation of giving Stella the chance to enter the real world is one of the finest temptations and should not be suppressed.
I have been married for over 40 years now. My wife knows about my crossdressing for 20 years. In the first three years she helped me to come to terms with my urge to crossdress. With Stella becoming more and more self-confident, my wife withdrew. Today she is supportive in so far as she does not mind my going out en femme twice a week and doing all the shopping for the family. She also does not mind my going on a five-day city tour once or twice a year. So I was able to get to know the big cities of Germany, even Vienna in Austria. As I am a fan of classical music, I know all the big concert halls and opera houses.
Being Stella I can leave all the daily problems behind. It is like being on holidays, be it only for one day. A very relaxing time.
Reading all the stories, reports and replies on Crossdresser Heaven is very encouraging. It is inspiring to read how crossdressers present their feelings, dreams and wishes.

Hi Stella! MY dad was in the USAF and we were stationed at Rhein MAinz from late 1969-1971. Lived in Gross Gerau-south of Franfrut. I Was quite young -about 6 but I do have fond memories of my time in Germany(1968-1971-other time was in NEunkirchen am Potzberg near Kaiserslautern when stationed at Ramstein! so was ages 3.5-6 while in Germany)

And I am right there with you 32 years ago the word crossdresser didn't exist in my world or maybe anyone else.
